Chad Courty,
Managing Director
Chad has over 23 years of experience in
commercial, institutional, multi-family & single family
construction, with 11 years as a project manager.
As a project manager, Chad has completed over 2,000
units and managed contracts up to $30,000,000.
Chad has experience on projects in Texas and Illinois.
Chad has been with BBL since 2005.

Andy Archuleta,
Assistant Director
Andy Archuleta has over 36 years
of construction experience in multi-family,
single-family, and commercial construction. Andy
is a previous co-owner of a general contracting company
(for 17 years) building projects in Texas, New Mexico,
Colorado, Tennessee, and Georgia. Andy has managed
the construction of 5,500 apartments with a value of
$358 million.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical
engineering and has previously held construction
licenses in Florida, New Mexico, and Colorado.
Andy is currently affiliated with TEXO, ASSE, NSC and
NAHB-MF.
Andy has been with BBL since 1995.

Kurt
Hunter, Chief Estimator
Kurt started his career
with Texas BBL in 1995 as an estimator and has worked on
dozens of multi-family, mixed-use, and hotel projects
from conception through design and construction.
As Chief Estimator, Kurt offers developers and their
design consultants valuable knowledge on construction
feasibility and costs for various design options that
provide the most economical designs without compromising
the quality of the final product. He prides
himself on his attention to detail and accuracy.
Prior to his career with Texas BBL, Kurt was a
structural engineer designing bridges in New York State.
He holds a BS in Civil Engineering and was a
licensed Professional Engineer in New York.
Kurt has been with BBL since 1995.

Dallas
Meade, Senior Project Manager
Dallas has over 29 years experience in
apartment, condominium, senior living and mixed use
construction. While Dallas began his career as a
superintendent, for the last 24 years he has held a
variety of senior management positions in the industry.
During this period, Dallas has completed nearly 7,600
units valued at over $335 million dollars and has built
projects in seven different states.
Dallas is affiliated with the following trade
associations: ABC, HBA and NAHB
Dallas has been with BBL since 1994.

Kelton
Gunter, Senior Project Manager
Kelton has over 20 years experience in
multi-family, hotel and mixed-use construction with 10
years as project manager. Kelton holds a BA from
Austin College. As a project manager,
Kelton has completed over 1,000 units and managed
construction contracts up to $24,000,000. Kelton
has experience on projects in Texas and Florida.
Kelton has been with BBL since 1999.

Stan
Fulks, Senior Project Manager
Stan is a graduate of
Marshall University with a BA in Finance. He has
over 30 years of experience in commercial and
residential construction working in Ohio, West Virginia,
Kentucky, Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana. As a
project manager, Stan has managed projects for computer
manufacturing facilities to multi-family housing with
values ranging as high as $68 million.
Stan has been with BBL since 2005.

Chuck
Genella, Senior Project Manager
Chuck has 34 years of
experience in the estimating, project management, and
business development of commercial and multi-family
projects.
The multi-family portion of his experience includes over
5,000 units of conventional, HUD, and tax credit
financed projects and his HUD projects include 13 ea -
D4 and D3 projects.
He holds a degree in Building Construction from
Louisiana State University and has been a Senior Project
Manager since joining Texas BBL in 2006. Prior to
BBL, he was employed by a national Houston-based
multi-family builder for 20 years.
Chuck has been with BBL since 2006.

Jack
Brown, Senior Project Manager
Jack has over 24 years of
construction management experience in several facets of
construction including healthcare, commercial,
industrial, multi-family, and single-family projects.
For 13 of those years, Jack served as a project manager
and has built over 2,000 multi-family units, as well as,
several healthcare, education, and detention facilities.
Jack has managed contracts in excess of $50,000,000 and
has worked in several states including Texas, Florida,
Missouri, Maryland, Georgia, and New Mexico.
Jack has been with BBL since 2000.

J. D.
Goetz, General Superintendent
J.D. Goetz has over 30
years experience in the construction industry as a
carpenter, contractor, and supervisor. J.D. was
the first superintendent employed by Texas BBL in 1994.
After supervising several large multi-family projects,
J.D. assumed the duties of the General Superintendent in
1999. Since then, J.D. has been involved with
field operations and personnel on all BBL projects.
Having a passion for woodworking, J.D. continues to do
cabinetry and millwork in his spare time.
JD has been with BBL since 1994

Guy
Gregory, Project Scheduler
Guy has over 13 years of
construction management experience. After
completing his construction science degree, Guy spent 3
years as a single family construction superintendent,
then the next 9 years as a multi-family superintendent.
In April of 2008, he was asked to take over the
scheduling duties for Texas BBL. Guy brings the
technical knowledge he gained in the Air Force and his
formal education together with his field experience as a
superintendent to provide the unique set of skills
required to relate computer generated CPM schedules to
field personnel.
Guy has been with BBL since
2001.

Daniel M.
Hogan, Safety Director
Dan has over 35 years experience in loss
prevention and control, including law enforcement, risk
management, municipal, industrial, heavy/highway
construction and building construction.
Dan holds an AAS in Occupational Safety and
Industrial Hygiene, an AAS in Criminal Justice, and a BS
in General Studies from the State University of New
York. He has served as President of the Central
New York Chapter of the American Society of Safety
Engineers (ASSE), and the Florida Suncoast Chapter ASSE.
Mr. Hogan has taught Occupational Safety courses at
Broome Community College, and has been a frequent speaker on
construction safety for many groups including AGC, ABC,
ASSE, and the Business Council of NYS. In 2006,
Hogan was honored to have been named "Safety
Professional of the Year" by the Florida Suncoast
Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers.
Dan currently serves on the TEXO Safety, Health and
Environmental Committee and on the Associated General
Contractors of America (AGC) Safety Committee and is an
active member of the American Society of Safety
Engineers.
Dan has been with BBL since 2004.

Chris Wilkins, Warranty Manager/Estimator
Chris is a
third-generation multi-family construction professional.
As Warranty Manager, Chris works with apartment managers
and maintenance personnel upon project completion to
ensure continued satisfaction in workmanship and
quality.
Chris oversees Texas BBL's involvement in LEED and Green
Building policies and concepts.
Chris has been with Texas BBL since 2005.
